Holiday rentals in Arbatax, Ogliastra, Sardinia. The apartments are located in a quiet residential area just 100m from the beautiful bay of Portufrailisi. The wide beaches, with fine white sand, and the sea, with its crystal clear water, make this destination particularly suitable for families with children. In the immediate vicinity of the apartments there are restaurants, shops, tourist attractions and a variety of possibilities to practice sport: diving, sailing, windsurfing, tennis courts, horseback riding and trips to the creeks.
The accommodation has 4 holiday houses: Ponente, Austro, Grecale and Maestrale. Each of these has 2 apartments of about 55 sqm, one on the ground floor (luxe category) and one in the basement (economic category).
The apartments on the ground floor (luxe) have
- covered porch with table for eating outdoor (10/18 sqm),
- living room (14 sqm) with sofa bed
- bedroom with double bed (14 sqm)
- bedroom room with two beds (7.50 sqm)
- bathroom with shower and washing machine (4.50 sqm),
- air-conditioning, safe
- outdoor shower
- sofa bed and TV in the living room
The apartments in the basement (economy) have the same dimensions and the same furniture as those on the ground floor. These apartments do not have a patio to eat outdoor. For this reason they have a lower cost. The apartment "Austro economic" is occupied by the owner of the property, who lives there.
The apartments accomodate each from 4 to 6 people. 6 People are possible only if among them there are 2 children that can sleep in the sofa bed.
