Luxury aparthotel in the heart of Tuscany in Scarlino, a step away from the port and the sea. The aparthotel in Scarlino consists of 9 apartments with large outdoor terraces with a magnificent view overlooking the island of Elba. The right solution for those who love the sea and appreciate the nature of Tuscany, for lovers of sailing and boating.
Each apartment of the resort has the name of a yacht of the Swan collection, magnificent creations of the Finnish shipyard Nautor's Swan, owned by Leonardo Ferragamo. The resort offers 3 types of luxury apartments, 59 to 108 sqm, with 1 or 2 bedrooms, modern bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, a large terrace with panorama on the gulf and the Island Elba.
