Bilocale standard,lo spazio per mangiare fuori è veramente piccolo,la televisione in cucina ogni tanto salta. Si trova tutto posate padelle etc etc , la pulizia potrebbe essere migliore.

L'appartamento è lontano più di 1km e per di più è in salita nel ritorno e la navetta ha poche corse .

Wohnung sauber und man hatte alles für die Küche da zb. Korkenzieher, schere,Teller Töpfe salas schlüssel........ einfach genial.

LOCATION
Lage schön ruhig gut zum entspannen, schöner Ausblick. Zum stadtzentrum zu fuss ca.15 Minuten. Zum Strand auch nicht so weit und das beste man hatte ein super Shuttlebus

La distanza dalla spiaggia non è eccessiva, il servizio navetta efficiente.

Sono veramente soddisfatta, non a caso è il secondo anno che scelgo questo residence x le mie vacanze. Lo raccomando a tutte le persone che desiderano trascorrere le proprie vacanze in un luogo sicuro ed affidabile, sopratutto x le famiglie con bambini e ragazzi.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Die Anlage inkl. Pool ist super sauber sehr gepflegt. Wir hatten die 4 Zimmerwohnung. Die Wohnung wir sehr groß ung geräumig sogar das Badezimmer. Sehr sauper und großzügig.
SERVICE
Das Personal ist super kinderlieb und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alle sprechen deutsch somit hatten wir keine Verständigungsschwierigkeiten.
LOCATION
Zu Fuß wäre der Weg schon etwas weit,weil die Anlage auf einem Hang liegt, da ist man schon auf den Shuttle angewiesen. Was kein Problem war, weil der Shuttle immer regelmäßig fuhr.
REVIEW
Wir fahren nächstes Jahr auf alle fälle hin, da den Kindern es sehr gefallen hat und den Wunsch auch geäußert hattten und das kommt selten vor.

La vacanza ideale!

Il residence è situato in un'ottima posizione, leggermente al di sopra del livello del mare (che comunque dista a pochissime centinaia di metri!),offrendo un bellissimo panorama.
La struttura è composta da appartamenti modernamente arredati, provvisti di ogni confort,tutto all'insegna dell'ordine e della pulizia.
SERVICE
Personale squisito, disponibile ad ogni richiesta, ambiente informale composto da belle famiglie!
Ottimo anche il ristorante annesso con splendida terrazza panoramica e deliziosi menu di pesce, con ottimi sconti riservati agli ospiti del Residence.
LOCATION
Il Borgo è situato nei pressi del centro di Tortoreto, con il piacevolissimo lungomare, con a disposizione ogni tipo di negozi e comodità.
Anche x quanto riguarda i supermercati c'è un'ampia scelta a pochissimi metri di distanza.
Comodi e ben segnalati i collegamenti con posti da visitare nelle vicinanze, come S. Benedetto del Tronto, Ascoli Piceno, Pescara ecc.
Da non perdere Tortoreto Alto a pochissimi metri e Grottammare deliziosi borghi medievali!

Raccomando con piacere Il Borgo a tutti coloro che desiderano trascorrere una vacanza in un bel posto, ben frequentato, altrettanto ben gestito, a dimensione di famiglie, con ampi spazi soprattutto per i bambini.

Hotel położony w fajnym miejscu, na wzgórzu, ładny widok z ośrodka. Budynki małe, 2pietrowe, ładnie zaaranżowana, czysto, bezpiecznie dla dzieci. Apartament dla 4 osób średnio duży, minusem bliskość ruchliwej ulicy- przy otwartym oknie w nocy było głośno. Sypialnia dość ciemna

Odległość od plaży wydaje się większa niż 800m- na piechotę raczej nie polecam, ale w określonych godzinach często jeździ busik, który dowozi gości. Przy plaży liczna knajpki, sklepiki, plaża czysta, nie bardzo szeroka- co było plusem- leżaki nie były bardzo oddalone od morza. W mieście skley spożywcze z przystępnymi cenami. Stare miasteczko Tortoreto alto bardzo ładne

Residence II Borgo to naprawdę świetne miejsce - apartament który zamieszkiwaliśmy był 4 osobowy znajdował się na 2 piętrze miał dwa małe balkoniki. Apartament bardzo przestronny, czysty, wyposażony w cały niezbędny sprzęt ( talerze, szklanki, garnki itp)
SERVICE
Personel bardzo miły i uczynny czuje się bardzo rodzinną atmosferę w całym ośrodku
LOCATION
Plaża znajduje się w odległości ok 800 m od apartamentów jednak nie stanowi to większego problemu, gdyż w wystaczonych godzinach kursuje bus który dowozi i odbiera z plaży. Niedaleko plaży znajduje się market w którym można zrobić zakupy. Ceny w markecie zbliżone do naszych. Wzdłuż promenady są kawiarenki i restauracje. Do centrum Tortoleto pk 5 km ale warto się wybrać ( samochodem) bardzo fajne "stare" kamieniczki, wąskie uliczki super klimat.

Cudowne wakacje

Super miejsce, warunki lokalowe bardzo dobre, apartament po naszym przyjeździe był wysprzątany a czyste ręczniki i pościel już były przygotowane. Ogromnym plusem jest restauracja na terenie ośrodka z bardzo rozsądnymi cenami.
SERVICE
Bardzo życzliwy i pomocny personel mówiący zarówno w języku angielskim jak i niemieckim. Wyjątkiem jest restauracja gdzie przydaje się słownik w telefonie gdyż jedynym językiem do komunikacji pozostaje włoski.
LOCATION
Do plaży ok. 800 m co nie stanowi problemu ponieważ z ośrodka w wyznaczonych godzinach kursuje samochód co 10 min dowożący turystów na plażę.

Ferienwohnung mit Meerblick auf die Adria

Wir hatten eine Woche dort verbracht in einem Appartement mit Blick auf das Meer, was sehr schön war. Ferienanlage, Zimmer und Pool waren sehr gepflegt. Das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, besonders als wir Schwierigkeiten mit unserem Auto hatten, haben sie uns mit Leib und Seele unterstützt und dafür möchten wir uns nochmal bedanken. Wir können die Ferienanlage nur weiterempfehlen.

Sehr gepflegte Ferienanlage mit Pool und schöner Aussicht. Shuttlebuss fährt regelmäßig an den Strand, somit ist Strandbesuch gewährleistet.

Sehr freundliche Betreuung vor Ort
LOCATION
Lage ist am Hang mit schöner Aussicht, ca.20 Minuten Fußmarsch zum Strand. Für abendliche Unternehmungen ist der letzte Shuttlebus ins Tal um 20.00 Uhr gut, jedoch muss der Heimweg zu Fuß oder Taxi angetreten werden, das ist ein kleiner Nachteil, oder man nimmt gleich das Auto.
REVIEW
Hier würden wir wieder Urlaub machen, wenn wir eine Gruppe sind oder mit der ganzen Familie. Für Singles ist es hier zu ruhig.

Polecam wybór Residence Il Borgo

Apartament dla 8 osób w Il Borgo jest duży i wygodny, wyposażony w potrzebny sprzęt. Ma spory balkon otoczony żywopłotem, rano jest bardzo słonecznie ale po południu jest przyjemnie zacieniony.
SERVICE
Obsługa w Il Borgo jest bardzo miła i pomocna. Można porozumieć sie w języku angielskim. My otrzymaliśmy nawet talon ze zniżką na obiad w restauracji w Tortoreto Alto.
LOCATION
Plaża jest duża, piaszczysta. Na plażę można dostać się busikiem który wozi wczasowiczów z Residence Il Borgo na plażę i z powrotem. Przy plaży jest ładna promenada oraz droga po której można jechać rowerkiem lub na rolkach. Przy plaży są restauracje i tawerny w których można zjeść smaczne owoce morza i nie tylko.
REVIEW
Residence il Borgo jest godna polecenia. Jesteśmy zadowoleni z pobytu i obsługi. Warunki lokalowe są super, basen też bardzo fajny, z małym basenikiem dla dzieci. Plaża duża, piaszczysta z przystosowanym zapleczem. Polecam.

Wonderful holiday!

Very nice place and very nice staff. I would recommend it to everybody who would like to have a great holidays not next to the biggest disco in the town. This place is locaed on the hill between hundreds of olive trees. Nice and pacefull atmosphere but when you need to entertain it takes you only about two minutes to get to the city center. Special thanks to Bernadette who was very nice, friendly and always ready to help.
