This stunning villa is located in Alliste (Apulia), and it is only 300 m from the Ionian Sea. The villa is located in a quiet residential area and it is surrounded by olive trees and palms. The villa in Apulia is an exclusive private residence in the typical Mediterranean architecture. The ground floor of the villa is bright and modern, with lots of designer furniture. The basement of the villa offers a rustic ambience (vaulted arches and stone walls). Here is a living room, a library, a bedroom and bathroom.
On the ground floor of the villa there is

- 1 small bedroom with a sofa bed for 2 people,
- 1 bathroom with Jacuzzi shower and hair dryer.
The kitchen is equipped with four-burner stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, Italian and German coffee machine, toaster, full crockery.
On the basement of the villa there is
- a living area with sofa bed for 2 people,
- 1 bedroom with double bed,
- 1 bathroom with shower.
The villa has a total of about 400 sq. m. (about 200 sq. m. in each of the 2 floors) and accommodates 4-6 adults with 2-4 children. The villa in Apulia is therefore an ideal solution for large families or a group of friends.
The peak power of the Villa is the outside area: A beautiful garden with palm and olive trees, a huge swimming pool, a tennis court and a sauna. An exclusive villa for a truly luxurious holiday! The sea, with a flat rocky beach, is located about 350 meters from the villa is via a footpath to reach. The white beaches of the Salento coast are only 3 km from the cottage. You can do yacht trips, fishing in the open sea at night with local fishermen, or scuba diving. Surrounding the villa, at a short distance, there are also many attractions and water parks for you and your children, restaurants with local specialties, bars, pubs etc. Guided tours to nearby wineries and olive oil production are possible.
The facilities of the villa include a large, asymmetrical swimming pool, about 17x12 meters, beautiful park with about 1700 square meters, barbecue, tennis court, sauna, outdoor shower, gazebo, washing machine, iron, alarm, automatic gate, air conditioning, heating, parking, terrace and a large covered loggia with seating, a fitness area with equipment, telephone, Internet access, fax and TV.
