The Residence Playa Sirena, apart hotel of new construction is located in Tortoreto Lido, in the southern part of the seafront: an exclusive and peaceful area, a few steps from the sea and from the beautiful beach of fine sand, also called "Sabbia d'Oro" – Golden Beach.
Services: Playa Sirena offers holiday apartments furnished in a modern style and fully equipped with a kitchen, sun terraces (almost all with sea view), Wi-Fi connection. Among the many services offered are a beautiful swimming pool, panoramic terrace, garage and outdoor parking, private beach in the summer months, the restaurant with the possibility to order breakfast, half board, or simply take away meals for you to enjoy in the apartment. On request we organize transfers to the airports of Rome, Pescara, and Ancona.
The location of Playa Sirena is perfect for beach holidays, but also for daily excursions in the Abruzzi Region and the nearby Marche. Just 50 meters away from the apart hotel is located on the promenade, a beautiful and long cycle track, a playground for children and the beach, which receives now for more than ten years the European Blue Flag for the cleanliness of the sea and the quality of the services offered. Absolutely recommended are also daily excursions to the nearby towns of Abruzzi and Marche, such as Lake Campotosto, the National Park of the Gran Sasso, the medieval villages, Offida, Ascoli and many other cities of art nearby. Shops and restaurants are all in the immediate vicinity of the Playa Sirena.
